Trucks/Fabrication/Equipment
Urban Eats has the ability to source food trucks, trailers and carts in variety of sizes and configurations to fit your type of service. Need an extreme truck make-over? We have the capacity to design and fabricate any mobile food unit to give you the look you want; and the equipment options to get things cooking. If a quick turnaround is what you need then we have a number of pre-designed packages that can be ready to roll in a matter of weeks. Beginning with our most basic package each subsequent package offers additional sizes, features, equipment and value added services.
Menu/Food Product Logistics
Maybe you have a proprietary food product that must be sourced, stored and transported throughout a multi- city tour? Maybe you need to develop food and beverage menu for use in a food truck? Whatever the case, Urban Eats can facilitate the process. We have the experience, resources and logistical know how to handle and/or create sundry food products for use within a food truck or travelling cafe environment. We have successfully managed logistics for multi- city marketing tours involving ice cream, desserts and coffee products. If it is menu and operational services you need, Urban Eats has the resources necessary to create food concepts to support your marketing goals. Staffing
Urban Eats can collaborate with you by offering the following services:

- Train employees for position: cooking, prep, food handling & transporting, cleaning, administrative, ordering, payroll, cash handling, trailer operation, pulling and set-up, crowd control, etc.
Transport/Maintenance
The truck will come to you if you need it to. Shipping costs varies from $1.95-$2.50 per mile, including the fuel surcharge. We will make sure you get the best deal out there, and find the most efficient way of shipping your trailer or truck to you. All you need to do is turn the key and drive away. And do not worry about vehicle maintenance because have relationships with truck dealers and fleet maintenance services across the U.S. Your food truck will be tuned up and ready to roll when it’s delivered to you.
Permitting, Administrative
Event permits, especially those involving food and food trucks vary greatly from state to state. A fully legal mobile food unit could need as many as a half dozen licenses and permits. Health licenses, vendor permits, business licenses, festival permitting, approved commissary kitchen license, food safety certifications, liquor licenses, parking waivers and other approvals go hand in hand with mobile food operations. Imagine coordinating all those permits for a 10 or 20 city tour? It can be overwhelming and that is why you need a partner in your corner that has the experience and expertise to cut through the red tape and deliver the necessary documentation. Pricing
